Labyrinths are sacred spaces that have been used for over 4,000 years by many cultures and faiths as a means to reflect, meditate, pray, provide comfort and illumination. The eleven circuit design we’ll use for our journey of self-discovery is a replica of the Chartres Cathedral labyrinth in France. This walking meditation has been designed to connect you to your inner knowing and presence a sense of Oneness and Belonging!
